Im a 2nd year UK Medical student thats keen on taking the USMLE Step 1 exam in 2011. The problem is that Ive heard that the whole USMLE system is going to get an overhaul in 2014...which is the year I graduate. Thus I'll have no chance to complete the Step 2 CS (Step 3). Or at least that was what was implied when I heard about this.
I heard this rumor from a 4th year medic so Im still quite apprehensive about it. Tried emailing the contact emails for USMLE but so far no reply.
Does anyone know anything about this?
