USMLE content description on NBME website

I know that on the NBME website, they have a content description for what is covered on step I for each system:

Is this a comprehensive enough list? If you were to devise a study plan based on that, would it be enough?

yes, but instead of going on and studying text books from the given list , it be wiser to study a thorough review book such as kaplan or first aid
