usmle cs- computer froze during exam

I took the cs today. After I finished writing my last patient note and clicked on submit, the browser window just froze. I told proctor about it and she looked and my screen and said it's submitted. i am sure it wasnt submitted. what to do about this situation? should I contact nbme?

During our orientation/intro video they claimed that as you type your document was saved. Don't know if that is true but if that is the case the I'd assume the vast majority of your note is saved and submitted.

so I did some online search and found out that this is very common during cs exams and students who had this problem failed patient note part of the exam. I am really frustrated. Does anyone know how to file grevience ?

Result is out and i failed in ICE component. After doing some search online it shows ICE is based on patient note. I have to take this stupid exam again now

Thanks. i called NBME and they told me to send them a fax. let's see if they take any action
