Hello House,

So i was accused of irregular behavior by the USMLE. The incident happened after Step 1 and now I have been notified that I might not be able to take Step 3 if this charge stays. I have 15 days to appeal the USMLE decision.

I am confused. My PD does not know at this point. WHat do i do? Has anyone been able to successfully appeal the USMLE "irregular behavior" charge?

Should I appeal their decision myself or get a lawyer and how do I find a lawyer? Also, my biggest worry is my PD. he is a no-nonsense guy and I am worried as to the best way to approach this issue with him; tell him Vs. not tell him.

Thanks everyone.
