I did Kaplan HY physiology and BRS and loved them both. If you were strapped for time and had to chose 1, I would chose BRS. If you have *plenty of time, both would be easily manageable.
*Meaning you were starting your M2 year. If starting M1 year, do them both. One along with coursework and the other during an M2 year review.

BRS Physio is overkill but short enough to use >6 months out. If you're within 6 months just focus on physio through questions. Practice questions are more than sufficient for physio, which is presented almost always as up-/down-arrow questions.
