Has anyone been doing full lengths from Rx? If so how well are you scoring and how accurate do you think the score is that you get from them. If you used them in the past how did your score correlate?

I ask because I've been doing and I've been doing well...but I wanted to know if the scores could be a true measure of where I stand...

Aren't their full lengths just a random 336 unused questions you have remaining? It's pretty much just like doing 8 random blocks in a row. I don't think it's any bit more so predictive than doing 8 random blocks in a row, other than testing your endurance.

I didn't subscribe to usmlerx but I did their First Aid Q and A. They say most of the questions are from usmlerx. 1000 questions it has. I did early this month and scored an average of 81.9%. It also has a full length (350 questions) test at the end. I don't how much of a prediction this would be because most of the questions, like Kaplan Qbank, also seemed to rely on recall of knowledge (and that sometimes either from First Aid, or not!).
