USMLE Step 1 4-Week Study Schedule?

I know this has probably been asked many times before, but does anyone have a good 4-week study plan (or 30/31 day)?

In case it helps: I am a pretty good student and have done well my second year, so I do not need to relearn everything from scratch. First year may be a little hazy though.
