USMLE step 1 resource suggestions

Many people have different opinions on what resources are best. I'd start with First Aid for the USMLE for your best overall review book, but you may be better served by browsing through this forum first. After you get an idea of which books you will need, go to your school library or Barnes and Noble and browse through them to see if they fit your learning/review style.
There's a lot of info here, I recommend using the search function and specifying it to search specifically in this forum.
