Is there any particular book that tends to be the "gold standard" of review for Step 2? I know that First Aid is, for the most part, considered a "must have" when preparing for Step I, but I have heard that its Step 2 version is not as reliable. Any suggestions?

Crush the Boards worked for me. I also used the Blue Prints, A&L Questions Book, and Q-Bank (on-line)!

I used CTB(Crush the Boards).It was pretty helpful towards the end.I have heard great things about Boards and Wards.But rem there's nothing like FA for step 1 in step 2.
