Hi, I graduated over 9 years ago. I am taking step 3 almost 11 years after step 2. Stuck in a twilight zone with no residency. Will I ever get licensed? What states have no specific time limit for taking this exam? Anyone have any experience? There is some data on FSMB state step 3 guidelines however, but not sure how much of it is true.
