On the step II exam do you have to identify murmurs via audio like on step I?

Im getting farther away, but I had questions where i had to move the stethoscope around the chest and identify the murmur based on location, radiation and auscultation alone. So... yes

Yes, this is the one thing about step 2 that is most similar to step 1..I had about 5 heart sound questions sprinkled in the test...hated them because I usually have to repeat the sound >2 times to hear what they are asking about..
