I am also worried about the test report date. I took mine June 25th and need my scores back by August 1st. Any thoughts or comments?

based on the nbme site, late may and june testers should receive their scores by july 20th; the target date. you SHOULD get them by then, but anything is possible.

If bigfrank were at a DO school, he wouldn't have received this e-mail.

Why is that, I don't get the joke, if it's even a joke.
Awhile back, it was rumored on SDN that I go to -- gasp -- an osteopathic school. I don't. It's really a big deal, though. 🙄bluebirdie said:Why is that, I don't get the joke, if it's even a joke.

The NBME has said July 20th is the projected release date for scores for people who took the test in late May thru mid-June. Of course, whether they'll get the scores out on time is an open question, but their goal was to release scores July 20th.

Mid june? I thought it was all of June. Can someone please verify because I took my test June 25 and now the anxiety has increased

Normal score reporting for Step 1 usually occurs within 3 to 4 weeks of the test date. However, because of the change to the FRED test delivery software and the processing load caused by a heavy volume of test takers, there will be a delay in score reporting for most Step 1 examinations administered in late May and June.
The target date for reporting Step 1 scores for most examinees testing from May 23 through late June will be Wednesday, July 20, 2005. It is possible that scores may be available earlier - please check this web site for updates.
this is a direct quote from the website, it is through late june not mid
so if you go to an osteopathic school, and your school does not receive input from USMLE (they aren't paging us down to the office or anything), is the only option to wait for snail mail??? i take it there is no way to check scores or anything online eh? thanx
