Hi I'm a medical student and I finished my med-school part in one of the Caribbean colleges. Honestly I didn't learn much and now I have like 3 months exactly to prepare the exam. I have every resource possible as book but I have been hearing a lot about FA and Uworld? I also have the FA organ system and basic sciences too, does all those 3 books n Uworld and Tommy's Concepts help me gettin a decent grade to pass the exam? If not . Could someone really gimme an idea of what exactly to use in these next 3 months...

Thanks

FA and UWorld are a must. If you background is not very solid, like you say, then FA will probably not make a lot of sense b/c its very bare bone. I feel its only started making sense to me now after having read other thorough review books. But maybe you will be different. You should also do practice NBME exams to see where you are at. Maybe even take one just to get a baseline to see which subjects you need the most work on. From there, you can decide if you need to get other sources for certian subjects. GL!
