USMLE style questions by organ systems

Hi,

This might seem like a ridiculous question, I am new to this whole USMLE prep. I just went through the First Aid 2010 and I was wondering if there are resources where USMLE style questions are organized by organ systems rather than medical science subjects.

Most Qbanks allow you to create tests by organ system.

Other than Qbanks, there's always the Q+A book by FA as well as the Pre-test series

I think Step 1 secrets is split up by organ system. FA is too for the second half...

I don't recommend usmleconsult. Too buggy, and tech support is terrible.
