Given the horror stories I've read about about the Usmle, I thought it would be high time to get a clearer perspective on the subject and analyse which quirks may present test-takers with the most troubles...

I think a lot of the new experimental questions comes from biochemistry because new lab techniques are evolving. I had a couple questions on lab techniques that I've never heard before, let alone didn't know how to interpret.
