I was wondering what's the difference btw taking the USMLE and taking COMPLEX-USA for certification. Is there an advantage to take USMLE or taking both? thanks

USMLE will only be helpful if you are applying to competitive allopathic residencies. All D.O.'s are required to take the COMLEX to graduate from medical school.
