Step II USMLE WORLD formula???

Hi, I came across this formula to predict your step 2 ck score from your UW score....
(UW avg. score * 2.3) + 84 = Predicted 3 digit score

Anyone that has gotten their score, does this predict your score pretty well?

I havent taken the real thing yet, but it correlates fairly well with my nbme self-assessment which has a strong correlation with your actual step2 score.

I averaged between 59-61 percent. Using the 61 percent, I'd get a 224 by using this formula. I ended up with a 249.

I applied it to two other scores I saw on another forum. It isn't perfect, but pretty close. equation predicted 213, actual was 204, equation predicted 247, actual was 244, so..probably not as good as NBME, but its interesting.
