USMLE World questions

I started doing the USMLE World qbank and I find many of the questions to be overly detail oriented... To those who have taken the actual exam, is it actually going to be as hard as USMLE world questions? I feel like I cannot cover enough info on sections because some of the questions are just so detailed.

I think the responses on here are roughly 50:50 where half think

Step 1 > Uworld > NBMEs, and the other half think

Uworld > Step 1 > NBMEs.

everyone is different but imo UWORLD questions aren't overly detailed. It is what you should know before starting third year.

My exam felt about the same as UW.

My test questions were practically identical to UW in length and difficulty.

did UWorld twice and my actual test seemed much harder, but still did fine
