USMLE World Step 2 Extensions?

Hey guys,

I'm looking to buy their step 2 qbank; however, I'm not sure whether or not I'll be taking the exam within a year. Do they offer pain-free, discounted extensions a la kaplan? Or are they going to expect me to dish out $110 more for one month when I've paid $400 for one year?
