Hi!
Does anyone know if usmle world is better/worst/same as the Kaplan series for the step2 prep?

The general consensus on these boards is that UsmleWorld is better than Kaplan for Step 2. The questions on UW are rumored to be harder than Kaplan, but more like what you'll see on the actual test. I did well on Step2 and prepared by reading Crush Step 2 and doing UW questions.

I agree, just about everyone I know used UW and has done well on step 2.

You should focus on UW for questions and Boards & Wards along with Secrets as your review source.
