So I have about 7 weeks of dedicated STEP 1 study time. I was thinking of doing a 18 day first pass of FA along with USMLERx; 4 days before step time (Some free days before a final) and the first 14 days during step 1 time. After that I'll try to do UWORLD 2x along with FA, supplementing my weaker areas as needed.

I was wondering if it was good idea to just do the medium and hard questions on Rx (About 1800 questions worth) instead of doing them all. What do you guys think?

Yes it's a good idea. I'm skipping the easy questions as well.. There is no need to waste time on them.

A lot of the "easy" questions on Rx are pretty simple. However, there are some that I have no clue how they classify it as easy relative to those deemed Medium/Hard. If you're in a time crunch, then yea just do the M/H question. However, I don't think it's really that big of a time sink to do them. The ones that actually are easy take all of 20 seconds before you know what the answer is. Despite the simplicity, it still helps to hammer home high yield topics.

Here's my suggestion: do a full block of nothing but easy questions first before you start. Then use that to decide for yourself if the easy is superfluous.

I saw a thread on here months ago asking if the easy-med-hard categories are accurately labeled. People mentioned that sometimes "easy" questions will have 30% correct responses. So you might want to do all of them because ultimately, the only thing that makes a question difficult are gaps in our knowledge.
