I just signed up for USMLERx today and noticed that they allow you to make simulations. How are the simulations in comparison to the NBME's, UW assessments, and the actual USMLE?

I feel like quite a few of the Rx questions are harder than the questions I've seen on my NBME exams, so I guess that's nice.

Can't speak for UW or the USMLE, but I'm interested myself.
