USMLERx Technical Difficulties: Logging Off By Itself

Is anyone else having this problem? I have had it with Safari (updated) and Firefox (just updated, but had problem before I updated and still ongoing).

Getting pretty annoyed--it wasting my time by having to log in even in the middle of a block of 20 q's.😡

If anyone else is having this problem, have you fixed it or what?

I think many that use USMLERx including me have this problem. I emailed them once and they have not fixed it.

it's less on our end, more about crappy programming on theirs. but yea, i went through that update/check internet settings/ponder why it does this phase...next is not give a crap and curse them, followed by moving on to UW and saying wow this is so much nicer. it's funny what you appreciate when you study 10-12 hours a day.

worse for me was the answers skipping/deleting if i scrolled down without the scroll bar. that got REALLY annoying.

well, my opinion is that after doing Kaplan and UWorld, USMLERx is BY FAR the crappiest software I have ever seen.

Today, while doing a full practice test--it just logged me out.

Currently, I am not able to sign in... THIS THING SUCKS!!!

I would tell everyone--if you are debating between which QBank--don't pick USMLERx!

Currently USMLERx is offline.

And you shoudlnt' let bad software deter you from getting it.

There are other ways...

But the content itself is quite good. It may be simple, but simple ist he way to go the very first time you learn something.


Going straight into World is a WTF proposition for most people.

not being able to access the software will DEFINITELY deter me from using it.

wasting my time by having to CONSTANTLY log in will deter me from using it.
