usmleworld CSS - long delays when moving clock 2-4 weeks? and other Qs

hey guys - i have 3 ?'s regarding UW CSS i'm hoping you could answer:

1. anybody else experiencing long delays in USMLEWORLD CSS when advancing the simulated time clock 2-4 weeks ahead? the Windows hourglass icon just flashes like it's having a seizure for like two minutes straight before anything else happens.

2. also, when we get to the "I WIN" 5-minute screen, how do we setup a follow appointment? i've typed in all kinds of commands in the order system but nothing seems to allow me to schedule followup.

3. is there an explicit feedback/point system in USMLEWORLD CSS? i haven't seen any sort of table that tabulates what orders you put in correctly, and what you missed. feels like i'm just reading the answer key w/o direct feedback. you'd think that for $90/subscriber they could have at least programmed in a quick and dirty feedback system.

you can not set up follow up appoinment on 5 min screen even on USMLE CD software. I think that is not allowed.

That long delay when advancing the clock was present on my actual exam as well.
