How high yield is it to read answers to questions u have answered correctly. Would save a lot of time not reading them. opinions?

I always read through the answer whether I got it right or not. Sometimes, you know the basic point but not the details. The answers help reinforce this. Now, if you get well into the questions, and you begin to be able to recite answers, I think you can safely skip over similar topics...
