USMLEWorld self assessments?

I wanted to purchase the USMLEWorld qbank, and just saw that for $40 extra you get the self-assessment 1 & 2 forms. Are these worth it?

for those that used them and have taken the test, since you only have access for 2 weeks for each test, did you find yourself wanting to look them over again at all w/in a week before your test (i.e. is there any value in waiting to do both w/in the last two weeks?)

I did it spread out and went over it the same day. That way my thought process and reasoning was still fresh as I went over it.
