I recently was taking a test when my computer automatically restarted for some updates. Anyways when i went to resume the previous test it restarted it from the beginning, so I decided to just leave all the questions omitted hoping they would be reshuffled into the unused pool. Well, they ended up being calculated into the cumulative performance and has messed everything up as far as weak subjects and all. Does anybody know if these omitted questions are reshuffled into the unused or incorrect pool? As well is there any way to delete a whole test from the cumulative performance because now i have a (0/50) that has screwd it all up.

Send them an email. There is no way to delete the test, but they will reset it for you.

I got a call the other day and instead of hitting the pause button I hit the end test button after only doing like 3 questions. I emailed them and they reset the test from where I left off within an hour of sending the email.

OH! I did that too. I didn't think to email them though!

Well they emailed me back. All is good now. They reset the last test to be resumed and I checked the cumulative which also reset to the previous %. Thanks for the responses. Happy studying.

Heh, I did that too the other day. I'll send them an email (I had resorted to just keeping my own average, but it would be nice to see the correct percentile and subject strengths/weaknesses).

I noticed something else strange on the last test... it gave me an odd percentage correct on a 50 question test! Two different screens showed the percentage as an odd number. Guess they have a typo somewhere in the Java code. :)
