i personally found the quesions in usmleworld r much tougher compared to those of nbme. for those who have recently taken step 2 ck and used 
usmleworld, do u guys find the level of difficulty of REAL exam is equlivalent to that of usmleworld?? in any given block, how many long questions (need to scroll down the page) do we expect from the real one??
