Good luck to you, maybe i will see you therei m also coming for interview on 3/4....
Also, it's not a rolling admission cycle. So, they have to get through every interview before they give away all the offers. You'll do well...Just nail the interview and you should get a call back. The take your score on the interview and the score from you gpa and they rank you from there.
Hey Jew Unit! How did you feel about the interview? Everyone one there was really friendly. Let's keep our fingers crossed for this coming Tuesday. I think that's when Dr. DeYoung will be making calls. It seems like that's the case with the previous interviews.
So when do the calls usually go out after the interview, is it around a week or so? I really like the University the only downside i see is the price$$$.

I've been keeping track of the forums. It seems as though those who have gotten calls from Dr. DeYoung, have received them a week after their interview. Good luck benbhunter!!!

I felt pretty good. Like I said on the thread, there were a few things I said that I felt could of been left out lol. I thought everybody there was friendly as well. Where you there? How was your interview? Who interviewed you? Lets hope we both get our phone calls this Tuesday

Yea I was there on the same day you were, the 16th. I think I did pretty well for the most part. I wasn't nervous during the interview, but the night before, I was a wreck! LOL! I was interviewed by Dr. Kullgren. He seems like a really cool guy. Who interviewed you? And yes...lets hope we both get calls!!! I can't wait!!!

Dr. Jorvig interviewed me. He's the tall guy that spoke to us about our academics during orientation. I was in the same boat as you. The night before I couldn't even complete a single sentence on the questions my brother asked me...During the interview I nailed each question....But my interview lasted 10 minutes compared to the other people that lasted 20-30 minutes...The vibe that room was great but I felt very nervous after since other people's interview lasted longer than mine....but the same happened to my brother and he got in so...anything could happen right? 😛 How long did yours last?

Mine lasted about 25-30 minutes. I was asked about 10 question. I don't think the length of time really matters all too much. Every interviewer is different. Maybe they knew you were a good candidate after 10 minutes.
Good luck to you guys getting a call. About how many people where there on the interview date. Did you guys have to wait around a long time before they called your name, do they do it by alphabetical order or at random? Thnx for all your guys help.

There were about 50 people or so at the interview. Orientation ended at 3:00 pm which is when the first set of interviews started. Names were called every half hour. Lucky my interview was at 3:30 so I didn't have to wait too long. Those who had later interviews had a chance to take a tour around the school while they waited. Those who interviewed early took the tour after their interviews.

Cool hopefully mine will be an early one. I would rather just get it done then be able to look around.
I have an interview on the 18th in South Jordan. Can anyone give me an idea of what type of questions I should look for. Any ideas of how many spots are left open?
I'm attending that date as well.
See you there!

I really don't recommend that you focus too much on studying questions. Maybe just the main ones like, "Why pharmacy?" and "Why USN?" Also some leadership examples. If you keep studying and practicing your answers too much, your responses might sound too memorized and rehearsed. Just think of main points instead of trying to memorize exactly what you're going to say. You want your answers to flow naturally. Also, if you anticipate certain questions and then receive a different set of questions that you didn't expect, you might choke. So instead, you should just think about your set of values and principles and answer the questions based off of that. Some of you might not agree with that, but that's just my two pennies. 😎
