For USN students that are looking for a room for the summer:
I am a P2 student at USN, and am back home in another state for rotations. I have a 1 bdrm upstairs gated community apt at Horizon Ridge apartments on green valley pkwy, 2mins from the District, less than 15mins local streets from school, right by the 215 close to all shopping necessities. It is very clean with fridge, washer & dryer included, and located in a very quiet community, perfect for studying. My lease is not due till the end of August and was looking to sublet it anytime from mid-June to the end of August.
