USUHS- 7 years service?

For those applying/applied to USUHS, is the 7 year commitment to the service AS a physician officer (post residency) in army, navy or coast gaurd OR are does one serve just a regular non-physician? Couldn't figure this out from the brochure.

yeah the 7 years is as a physician (this can include as a GMO, especially if you are going thru the Navy)....
