If you do the Incorrects only on the UWorld and you get the questions wrong, does it stay in the Incorrect pool?

if i remember correctly, they do not. As in, if you do all your incorrect questions and get them write, you will have 0 incorrect questions when you try to start a new bank of incorrect questions.

however, the questions that you have gotten wrong won't be erased from your scoring page

Only if you flag all correct questions. This would be silly.
