Hello,

Does anybody have information regarding the Path program at UT-Houston? Any feed back would be appreciated. I am interested as to how UT-H's program compares to say Uni of Colorado.

I interviewed there in December. I was told by one of my interviewers that I shouldn't go there because I was too competitive - that I should go to a big name place because the name alone would be good for my career. That alone should tell you something about the program.

Isn't UT Houston affliated with MD anderson? Does any one know if their residents have a leg up in getting MD Anderson fellowships? Responses will be much appreciated.

Yes it is, if I remember right. Methodist has an affiliation too, since their department chair used to be the head honcho at MD Anderson. I have no idea about the "leg up." I'm sure it couldn't hurt to let people see you work as long as you're good.
