So I just had a dental school interview with UT Memphis and my interviewer said "the only bump I see in your application is your low DAT score are you planning to retake?" I have a 17 AA with a 20 PAT and 18 SAA. It was my second time retaking and my new score showed a lot of improvement. Do I retake for this cycle? (first time I could retake is the first week of December) GPA is a 3.6 and my volunteer and shadowing hours are extremely solid. Was she telling me that I needed to fix the "bump" or that everything else made up for it?

I think she meant that the only thing that'd prevent you from being accepted by them would be your DAT score and that you should retake it if you wanted to be accepted by them... but no one really knows except the interviewer herself.
