Wish I could help you there, but it's been a long time. Thought everything was wrapped up by 2 pm, but the letter should tell you when things wrap up. If not, e-mail [email protected] and she should be able to forward an itinerary to you.

7:30am- continental breakfast at the Sheraton/hotel shuttle takes you to UTSW (can also pick u up from Dallas Love Field airport //call them from baggage claim)
8:30am-arrive/reception
8:50-9:45 - orientation
10-11:30 - interviews
11:30-12:30- lunch with residents (two diff. groups)
11:30-1:30 - exit interview with Dr. Whitten

I believe the shuttle got us back to the hotel at about 2pm. They can then take you straight to the airport after picking up the luggage. Dallas Love Field is about 5-10mins from the hotel.

nope. he just asks if u have any additional questions.

you know, I don't think ccf really told people where they would be ranked. did they? i thought he would just say stuff like, good impression from your interview OR u sucked. am I wrong?

i didn't hear that he told anyone they sucked. he did seem to tell them varying degrees of how well they did -- liked ranked to match or will get it if you put us kind of things to you did well, etc. i know it means nothing... i was just wondering if utsw did the same thing.

Does anyone remember how UTSW's regional teaching is? In my interview notes, I wrote something about them not having U/S guided blocks....no U/S machines. Is this true?

If you're flying out from DFW airport, allow about 30 minutes to perhaps even an hour if the traffic's bad...the big airport's pretty far out, about halfway between Dallas and Fort Worth.

Also, if possible, find out which terminal you'll fly out of so that you can get to your gate in the fastest amount of time possible.

I'd say don't book your plane ticket out of DFW before 4:00 pm.

When I interviewed there last month, they had the applicants meet in the hotel lobby at 6:30 pm. They had reservations at the restaurant for 7 pm.
