UW biochem and FA

I've been running through some UW 48q biochem exams to test my knowledge. I'm getting most of the bigger system-wide things right, and too many of the nitty-gritty enzyme mechanism and molecular biology stuff wrong. I go through the quiz in UW and some questions I can't even find a SECTION on in FA. This has happened about 10-15 times after about 100 biochem questions in UW. The fact that much of this info isn't even alluded to in FA is a bit concerning. Should I be reading HY Molec/Cellular Bio? Is this representative of what I'll see in the other sections?

I remember that one...there was a really good distractor in that question.
