There's a UW question about the likely complications of endometriosis. UW chooses infertility over anemia, saying endometriosis does NOT cause heavy menstrual bleeding. I thought that was one of the features of endometriosis. Can anyone shed some light on this?

As far as I know, heavy menstrual bleeding is not a component of Endometriosis. The classic triad of endometriosis is painful menses (dysmenorrhea), painful intercourse (dyspareunia), and painful defecation (dyschezia). Infertility is definitely a complication of endometriosis.
