So yeah, she has Antiphospholipid antibodies and is supposedly in a hypercoagulable state, but why would her PTT be prolonged?, and why wouldnt that cause painful hemarthroses?

PTT is prolonged because the clotting factors are being used up and what would appear to be a bleeding state is actually a hypercoagulable state hence the lack of hemarthroses
