Stats are similar to yours and I'm a Washington resident (which I'm sure played a big role). I see you have 10 interviews, and even Colorado? That's really tough out of state...

There has to be more than two of us. They will probably send the information via snail mail right? I wonder when the first interview availabilities will be.

i turned in my secondaries in person yesterday...and the lady said i will be invited via postage mail???

btw - when did you guys turn in your secondaries? how long did u wait to receive an interview?

AADSAS Prinout mailed June 9th
DAT in early July
Secondary mailed in Middle of August

My application has been done there for about two months
 
Does everyone that applies to Washington get a secondary and if not what is the chance of getting an interview if u have received one?

To the question above, no, UW does a screen before handing out secondaries.

Just a letter of congratulations and saying to call the admissions office to set up a date. You'll probably get it on Monday.

First day is October 27th. It's from 8:30-2:30.
 
Issaquah, I called and they have you leave a message.

I looked last year and they interviewed 135 in state for 50 spots... That doesn't help my anxiety at all 🙂 I really want to go here.

This year they will have 58 because of the new ride program, right? Anyone else looking at that. I think it would be great.
 
The UW secondary states that the deadline is 2 weeks after the secondary packet is received. Does it have to be delivered by the 2 week mark or postmarked?
 
The questions on the UW secondary were posted earlier as

1.) How can you add to the diversity of the school? (i.e. leadership, personal or economical hardships, etc.)

2.) Why do you wish to attend the University of Washington School of Dentistry?

Can someone confirm these? I turned in my application late and don't have a secondary yet (hopefully I'll get one!!) but I'd like to get started on the questions... thanks guys!

Yes, those are correct. There is an addition question to answer if you are applying for RIDE program. 👍
 
Sweet! i got a letter today too. it went to my mom's house which is kinda far from here, so thanks to god damned Columbus Day i didn't find out until today.

Does anyone know if October 27th filled up all the way yet?

i got an email from USC, but i couldnt see it. i asked them to mail me again and still dont see it. they say that they will mail it to me. but just wanted to see how it looks like if anyone got one too

i see you are new....i'd suggest making sure to learn how to post new threads or make sure to check what thread you are in to make sure the post you are adding is applicable. I've seen several on USC so you can probably get some good info there. GL👍

As of Yesterday afternoon the earliest date available was Nov 3. They are only interviewing on Mondays. Good luck lebowski.
 
wow i'm so excited! i just got a letter from uw tonight after spending like 9+ hours on campus... and i thought i was havin a bad day! i'm calling first thing tomorrow to set up my day. good luck to everyone. 😀
 
i dont think october 27th is full if you applied to the RIDE program, i just scheduled my interview for that day. apparently my letter came a little late though... so who knows!? i'm looking forward to meeting all of you on the 27th. 😍

I would assume Oct 27 is full. I had to reschedule today since I applied for RIDE, they are having me come on Nov 17 instead.
