UW Questions good enough for shelf prep

Are UW questions good enough for shelf prep? If not for which subjects would UW alone prove insufficient.

The areas where there aren't a lot of UWorld questions (every rotation except internal medicine), except MAYBE psych.

It's good but almost everyone I know had to supplement with an additional resource, like a review book.

What do you define as good enough? Some schools don't put much weight on these exams. Others make your grade almost entirely depend upon them. The question you pose is far too vague.

Surgery - almost zero help from Uworld; need medicine
Psych - ??? I take this Friday, but I've heard not helpful
Medicine - good, but I'd supplement with MKSAP too
Peds - good enough
Neurology - good enough
OB/GYN - haven't done yet

Like someone else mentioned, everything else besides medicine (and maybe peds) doesn't have enough questions so you need to supplement. I don't think I knew anybody that only used UWorld for studying for shelf exams.
