Ok so I am done with uWorld (I got 50% and I did it by Organ Systems), I am 3.5 months out of sitting Step1, next I am doing Rx, Kaplan (weaknesses only) and uWorld again. I bought all NMBEs and both UWAs... Question is, which one should I do 1st? a UWA or NMBE 7 ? (Considering I have 3.5 months left (I am doing 10-12 hrs study per day) and I really want to do good use of the NMBEs but I also want a good estimate of where I stand as of now)

Want to know where you are at? Use a NBME.

How much FA have you done? 50% on first attempt at UW is a concern for me. You are probably near the passing score.

UW is something you want to use near the end. And start with the other ones. I know you plan on doing it twice but to me it is not the same. I know I would score much higher. If you are just using it as a teaching tool, then I guess it is okay.

Rx is good to use with FA to nail down the concepts.

I was out of med school for a year, I did FA and uWorld in 2 months as a learning tool (uWorld, I barely reread questions... mainly answer and answer choices), thats I why I am going for Rx and Kaplan in between uWorld second pass (also I am a IMG so pathoma was my teacher basically for this las two months), My concern is if UWA is going to give me a false baseline of where I stand..
