Hi,
I have been working my way through UWorld anatomy, and so far the questions are killer. I have several other anatomy texts and review books, and the content and questions are much easier than what is in Uworld. Regardless, I am planning on knowing UWorld inside-out, but is the anatomy on the USMLE really as difficult as Uworlds?

I haven't taken the boards, yet, but know the brachial plexus inside-out and neuroanatomy and embryology well. I have heard anatomy is difficult on the boards but it's only because it doesn't get the attention micro, or biochem does. my .02 cent

When I took it (summer of last year), anatomy was very dichotomous: some questions were very easy and others were extremely difficult. Most everyone I talked to agreed about this. Because of this, studying anatomy is not really high yield except for a few points, such as the brachial plexus.
