So when i do random blocks on uworld 1st attempt. my scores comes to around 67% ish. the Uworld average is usually 60-64%. Is this uworld average for people who took it in first pass or multiple attempts. I confused as to judge my performance on 1st attempt

This is exactly why the UWorld percentage is somewhat useless - because you don't know. Not everyone does questions on timed, random mode.
