I have been doing UWorld tutor mode and making notes as I go along. Currently I am doing all of Neuro and just finished ID. One thing I noticed was that a lot of the questions in both sections seemed VERY straightforward. Almost too easy.

I am concerned about how useful UWorld is since I keep hearing about how CK has is so difficult and complicated.

I just had a question in Neuro where the question just basically described a typical Broca's aphasia and asked where the lesion is in the brain. This just seems like something that wouldnt even be so simply presented on Step 1 let alone Step 2.

I saw similar super simple questions on ID as well and I was quiet surprised with these simple 3-4 liner straight up definition questions.

Am I being paranoid or I have reason to worry?

CK is not so difficult or complicated. People on this forum overexaggerate. I scored in the high 240s on real exam and felt like I got many questions correct just as I did on NBMEs. Learn from the answer explanations and wrong answers even if the question seems easy.

Thanks for your response. The question just threw me in a panic mode because I cant even remember getting such easy and direct questions on step 2. And just from other peoples experiences it seems next to impossible to get such direct questions. Just questioning if UWorld is representative of CK.

I felt like the difficulty was similar on ck but the stems were longer. Kaplan qbank was terrible to learn knowledge, but the stem lengths were clOser to the actual test. If you are a slow test taker you may have to hustle on test day.
