UWorld for Surgery Shelf

I was wondering if people who did well on the surgery shelf and used UWorld could tell me which sections to focus on. Obviously the "surgery" section is a no-brainer. But which subsections of the internal medicine questions were really good? There are close to 1500 I.M. questions, and I'm not going to get through all the sections, so I was wondering if anyone might help me focus on the most appropriate sections. Thanks.
