Should I do uworld or anki milesdown first?

Both. Anki for spaced repetition and active recall and UWorld for practice problems and filling any conceptual gaps.

For Anki to be of any real use, it has to be constantly used (i.e. everyday*). UWorld problems - do some every day or every few days a week (depending on your schedule constraints)

I would say dont do Uworld until you reviewed a certain topic or are confident in it. For example I was really good with Gen chem before studying it so I just did Uworld.

I’d start with Anki. I think it’s good for getting a baseline understanding of concepts and foundational knowledge. UWorld questions are complex. They’re about application, and I find that they’re more beneficial if you have a decent understanding of concepts beforehand.

Definitely Anki! You need to get material down before doing questions.
