UWorld question style not like NBME?

After doing about 500 questions in UWorld I feel like I can read much better into the questions then on the 3 NBME exams I've done. Anyone notice a difference in style between the two?

Just wondering which one is more like the real thing...I guess the NBME would, rt? Too bad I feel more comfortable with UWorld.

My questions were similar to both NBME and UW questions. I had some which were very straightforward, some which required graphical interpretation and such, and also some questions which required you to extract data from labs.
