UWorld Self Assessment deleted

Hey guys,
You all can probably help me faster than friggin Uworld.

So I accidently pressed the keyboard more than 3 times while reviewing my answers on the self assessment. Too used to advancing with the right arrow key. Anyway UWorld totally locked me out, and I can't see that I own the self assessment on the website or the java app.

I sent them a message through their contact page, but I kinda need to review those answers right away, and this downtime is pissing me the hell off. Is there a phone number I can call? There's one floating around on google but it is now out of service. Not a surprise, the money-mongering bastards.

Edit: They responded and reactivated after about 4 hours. Not ideal but I wasn't expecting a response until at least tomorrow, so that's good.

sorry to hear that. im glad that it's resolved b/c if you didn't clear it up with them, they'll not only deactivate your subscription but "threaten" to report the incident to your med school and the nrmp.
