endocrine step 3 question from UWORLD...
for thyroid cancer in remission why do we adjust dose of levo-thyroxine to suppress TSH below normal range (between 0.1-0.3) or mets complete suppression of TSH is required. Why?

Bro because tsh stimulates thyroid cancer cells to grow. There can be some cells left over from surgery.
