hi all,

I was doing UWSA 1 when i accidentally hit the keyboard the 4th time.[its easy hitting the keyboard when ure using a netbook] i had just activated the subscription and was getting used to the system.

what will happen now will they reactivate it or not. how long wud it take. im on a tight schedule need the result so i can decide when to give the exam.

Did you try to copy screen for the 4th time?
Just call them, I am sure they would know about re-activating your account better than SDN.

scrolling down using the keyboard is a habit which did me in.

Well send them an e-mail at least.

I have the same habits of using the keyboard. I got my first warning and then hooked up an external mouse, so I wouldn't be tempted to go near the keyboard.

sent them an email as soon as it happened.

i did think about getting a usb mouse but i had started the test already.
